We realize that companies today need timely short-term help to solve critical tactical and strategic issues. Large expensive consulting firms can often add to the problem and cloud already difficult problems as they force large project teams into situations with pre-packaged solutions where they try to change the problem to meet their solution.
Mockus Consulting was founded by Darrell Mockus, a professional technology strategy and competitive intelligence analyst in early 1998.
